Kendra Murphy
Hi! I’m Kendra. I’ve been in the fitness and wellness industry for over 16 years, and I’m a Certified & Registered Yoga Teacher with additional training in pranayama and breathwork. I’m also a mom, wife, daughter, sister, and friend who has walked through hard things and done the work to heal. Guided by many generous teachers along the way, I’ve become deeply grateful for my life and for the chance to share what I’ve learned so others can know peace, trust that they are the key to their own peace, and remember that anything is possible. I love to keep life fun and look forward to many great experiences with you!
