Hello World! I am so excited to be on this journey with you. I believe it is just that – a journey together. We may walk through our days differently and with unique perspectives, but I truly believe we all have one common denominator, and that is the need and desire for inner peace and love. So let’s get together and work towards love and inner peace!
I am a lover of yoga, meditation, and breathwork, but I also leave space for fun and a light-hearted approach towards life. I’m also a spin instructor, so I love a great high-energy workout, and weights have been a part of my life for many decades. Moving my body in many different ways keeps my body guessing and feeling good!
I smile as often as I can and live in a world where I try to send positive energy as best I can and as much as I can. I’ve created The Inner Ease Method to share that energy with you! I want to create experiences that help others tap into their inner self and identify what makes them feel alive and at peace with who they truly are. This means something different for each of us, so each experience will offer something a little different.
